法庭呈堂描述。相关的证据都是很strong的，最终是无奈小混混将法官的注意力转移到
技术细节，我无法给出有力证据。输了，发此一贴，纪念一下，随便提醒各位为了钱包
，远离这个车行很那帮奸诈之人。
On 10/19/2011, I went to the Midas store (376 Highway #18 North East
Brunswick, NJ 08816) for oil change with a coupon which is $21.99 for pure
oil change. I was waiting there for the oil change works done. However,
around half a hour then, a staff in their store bring me to the workshop,
and show me lots of problems of my car hung there (I don’t know whether it
is necessary to hang the car during oil change). I didn’t understand any
points they made, and they persuaded me that there are several parts need to
be fixed, otherwise the car cannot be driven on the way. So they worked on
my car and charged me $427.18 at that day. The details of the reparation can
be viewed in File1. All my known is that they changed the transmission
system in my car. Before and after the reparation, all lights in the panel
were in proper status.
On 11/24/2011, my car could not be driven. After pulling my car to their
store, they orally promised to diagnose my car on engine and transmission
system, finally they gave me a report with only transmission report but
still charged me all fees ($83.46). Meanwhile, they tried to persuade me to
repair my car in their store (see File2). And they toughly refused to admit
the broken of transmission system is in their 90 days warranty as written in
File1 (”All other products and workmanship are warranted for ninety (90)
days from the date of installation”). Finally, I had to pull my car to be
repaired in other store due to lose the faith of the Midas store, the final
reparation of the transmission systems costs $2033.00 (see File 3). | q*****i

发帖数: 6612 | 7 你准备不充分。 从你的描述看，没有强有力的证明Midas的错误行为导致车的问题。你
需要第二次修车的证明，你的车的第二次修理，是由于修理工的错误导致的。（也就是
说，正常的车辆行驶不可能导致这种故障。） 如果你不能提供这种证明，法官是没有
办法判你赢的，即使法官对你满怀同情。
看看有没有过上诉期，或者能不能找第二次修车的咨询一下。还有，和当地的BBB联系
。有些州有专管汽车买卖和修理的职能，向那些部门投诉。当然，别忘了在所有的评价
网站上贴出负面评价。
还有，试一试向信用卡投诉。因为你被同一地方收了两笔钱，应该有机会免掉第二次的
钱。 第二次的修理和第一次相关，信用卡不一定受理，但是不妨一试。
另外，换机油尽量不要去连锁店，也没有必要图便宜。换机油的时候，不论说什么，都
坚持只换机油。找 他们要一个单子，列出需要修理或者注意的地方。
我个人喜欢去Dealer那里换机油。这种local dealer非常注意自己的名声。虽然不能保
证他们服务一定就好，但不用担心出了问题他们不负责。
