I just bought one in NC, the price is around sticker-3000. And I think at
least 50% of dealer can accept this offer according to 100 plus email I sent.
I don't think the price in NC is that attractive if compared with IL.

Not dealer cost-1000. Recalculate yourself.
It is close to dealer cost as listed in Truecar.

Herb Golden Subaru. FYI, the dealership in Tysons called Stoalman (maybe
spelling error) offered me $26100. I think they can match the price down to
