lanes overnight in Glendale may have been caused by a drunken driver,
California Highway Patrol officials said.
Authorities say the driver of a 2010 Honda Accord was traveling at a high
rate of speed on the westbound 134 Freeway at about 11 p.m. Saturday when it
collided with the double trailer, which was hauling about 8,600 gallons of
gasoline.
So far, no injuries have been reported.
The driver of the Accord, identified by CHP as 25-year-old Hakop Maghakyan
of Glendale, was arrested by LAPD, charged with driving under the influence.
He was out on bail Sunday afternoon. | a******g
