they sent me a badge like sticker. So I put it close to the plate at the
rear end of the car. Guess what? Two times I was 15miles over the speed
limit, one time Stop sign violation and pulled over by the cops, they only
issed me warnings because of my "next to perfect" driving record. I thought
Ohio is richer than Kansas, no tax on food, etc.
FYI, I was pulled over by cops three times in Kansas, where I have lived for
10 years. In the last two years living in Cleveland, Ohio, four times
already. No wonder they call Cleveland "the mistake by the lake", and Ohio "
