the real owner never show up.either die, or maybe this car was steal.
I check with the police dept. no record.

买这种古董车可要对车的历史有一定的了解。
就算engine 和 tranny没换过，可其他小部位呢？比如化油器...
根据更换多少，价格可以从5万到15甚至20，差别很大，如果不懂，最好别花大价钱去
买。
我是不懂的，所以只是瞎说两句，估计车版也没几个真懂得。
至于怎么确定这车是不是偷的，买了有没有问题，应该会有人知道，不过最好咨询律师。
如果你不用花太大价钱，买了就为了自己爽，不是投资，那也可以考虑。
