前面的车突然减速靠到右边
以为要停下来（路边parking）
所以我很自然的就开过去了
我已经远远的超过前面那个车之后
才看见一警车闪灯 追上来把我拦下
说我improper passing
我觉得很没道理
1. 我又没压倒中间的线
2. 前面的车要停下到一边去 我不是应该就开过去 难不成我也要停下来吗 又不是
schoool bus
3. 我觉得警察应该没有拍下来我pass前面车的经过 因为警车之前在一个拐角 可能后
来他看见我怎么超过前面的那个车 所以故意给我张ticket

请教大家我该不该坚持plead 有多大几率会win
万一prosecutor给我一个bargain我要不要接受 或者多少钱内的bargain我应该接受？

无所谓赢不赢的。去了就知道了。
比如NC，第一次去后，等几个小时，就给你个减的机会，接受了，可以不涨点。不接受
? 再继续预约，几个星期后再来。问题是谁有空再耽误半天时间？只好交100-200块钱
走人。
比如有些州，到了后，问是不是愿意交这个钱？交了，就不记点，这样就不涨保险。很
多人就从了，交钱走人。哪有闲工夫继续？
你要是强硬，就是no guilty也可以。多耽误些工夫。有些州还可以多预约几次，把警
察搞地不来了，你就赢了。

比如说39:4-85，在你这个上写的是improper passing on right or off road, 但交规
上估计不是提哪些做法属于improper，而说的是what you should do.
你该把39:4整个section 原文拿来读读，然而看ticket上的section number是哪一条。
一般来说，大概是...should pass ... if ...这种形式。那么if/unless/with/
without 就是条件了。比如说原文是关于车祸后要stop immediately without
obstructing other traffic. 结果警察告你fail to stop, 你就可以argue没马上停是
因为不能保证不妨碍其他车辆运行。

得反驳了？最关键是你说没过中线，而他说你过了中线，你咋办？先google 那段路，
按比例尺把路宽算出来。然后查看你车的spec，看你车宽。你所超的车是啥车啊？看它
有多宽。两车宽加一块看看是不是比那条道宽。查spec时，把网页打印出来保留好。
