最近在dealer处看车 看到一个各方面都比较合心意的 差不多就是Book的price，本来
都打算买了，临了查了个carfax和autocheck，发现了如下记录：
1 Emission/Safety Inspection: An approved emission testing station has
inspected the vehicle to measure the amount of pollutants the vehicle emits
into the environment.
2. Loan/Lien event: A loan/lien is the legal right to take and hold or sell
the vehicle of a debtor as security or payment for a debt. Normally, a
vehicle will have a lien due to a loan or unpaid repair bill against the
vehicle. Check with the seller to ensure that the lien has been satisfied.
请问这样的记录的车 会不会有什么问题呢 包括机械上的和以后再卖时候的。
