门口草坪跑着玩，主人看着，但是没有拴。然后我牵着我的狗路过，那狗看到同类，兴
奋了，就过马路狂奔过来，然后在马路中间被正常行驶的车撞了，好大一声，汽车速度
大约在35mph。Plate都撞飞了。狗居然活着，跑回自己家去了，一边跑一边疼得哼哼。
后来送医院，腿骨折，没别的事。
这怎么算责任？当然我没责任，我是说狗的主人和开车的。
当然是你的责任了，总不能让狗赔你的车吧。
