Insurance company do not process my claim.
My car was hit by a Jeep from back, whose insurance company is 21 Century. I
filed a claim with them, but even after almost a month they say they can
not reach the other driver and they need time figure out whose
responsibility is. The person who deals with my case was replaced once, but
both of the are not always available. Only one in three calls get through.
Now I could not reach them. What should I do? | A*****a
