top off always comes in Feb/Mar depending on your statement date. If your
total credit > 1500 (I may be wrong about this number), however, you will
not receive top off offer.
PV is random and rare, especially for buick/gmc/cady. For chevy, you can
get pv every month between 10-20 (rough estimate) online.
The best rebate of all for enclave is $2000 conter leasee (this is a pv as
well but valid for every day). On top of all general incentives (right now
$1000 for '13)

chevrolet/GMC...
The one come from GM can surely combine with top off offer. The one come
from chevrolet may be not. Not sure about this.
