一开始以为是边上的什么大摩托车，后来发现是自己的车子。
不睬油门了，就安静了。
96年的CIVIC，请帮忙，需要去修吗？

it helps decrease the engine noise.
if you okay with the noise and your neighbors as well, then, drive with it.

depends on state policy.
in Minnesota, there is no inspection.
all you need to do is go to the DMV and pay for the tab.

I was just answering your question what is muffler.
Hope it is not some other issue.
If it is muffler crack, then, there is no more harm than the noise.

if it does, not not big, then, you might find some amigo to weld it with
pretty cheap price. |

google了一家附近评级较好的muffler修理铺，很满意
花了 40块钱，焊接了一下 断了的管子，就是连接muffler的管子锈了。
前后30分钟，cash。
