3月份收到张ticket，一直没理。。
然后被人serve了，敲门也没理，所以没有被hand-delivered 文件，也没有见到serve
的人。
然后最近门上被贴了个条，说是 order for alternative service。
Pursant to the State's Motion for Oder Authorizing Alternative Service, and
good cause apprearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that alternative service be used in this matter, by
posting the Summons and Complaint on the door of Defendant's last known
residence address as shown on Arizona Motor Vehicle Division records, and
mailing a copy, with a copy of this Order, first class mail, to that same
address, and mailing a copy to the Respondent's Counsel of Record,if any.
这个有人遇到过么，没有见到人也能直接open case么？
