发帖数: 42 | 1 昨天在一个十字路口中间等车左转的时候，黄转红（记得过了crosswalk后在路中间，
灯才由绿转黄转红的），然后跟着前车一起左转。开了一会被cop pull over了，下来
先问候我，然后问我知道我为什么被pull over了吗，答曰不知，然后就说我ran a red
light at the intersection。我重申了一遍我是在中间是黄转红，cop不认同，开了
闯红灯罚单。我问了他如何保点，他说去上defensive driving class。
回家想了想，不想plea guilty，问问有经验的同学如何处理？
1.交钱，扣3点，上课（问了一些驾校，可以上那个课补回3点，但是记录要留3年多，
保险有可能涨）
2.交给交通律师打，胜算率有70-80%，但是时间较长以及花费高。
3.上庭求情，诚恳的跟法官说当时情况，看是否有减点或减罚款的可能性。
请问有经验的大虾门是如何处理的？ 小弟不胜感激啊。
PS: 我是第一次被pulled over for running red light，之前三年记录良好没有
traffic violation。 |

我仔细从警察的note里抠字眼，然后实地考察，发现漏洞。用这个漏洞在法庭上赢了。

the so-called judge will not listen to you.
you can try, but if you have the yellow ticket, you are out of luck:
you only bet:
there is a disaster in town on the same day of your court date;
the cop got shot by some gangster
he transferred to another place
he retired
he shot himself because he is sick of being a fucking dog.
he got killed by his wife. |

your court date, 99.99% of the time.
you will need to plea 'not guilty' if you want to get in front the so-called
'judge' who is not really a judge, but only there to tell you that you are
guilty.
this is New York City, it is a filthy place, in terms of dealing with the '
law'. |

么？成功率不高么？我有个朋友转弯没有避让行人，开了ticket上庭自己辩倒是没有扣点

有ex-da,ex-traffic judge，有些connnection的也不能打么？至少可以免扣点吧？ |
