notice上写
“the imposition of a civil fine is not a conviction for any purpose, nor
will it be noted on you Iowa Dept. of transportation driving record. Payment
of the civil fine shall constitute the final disposition of this matter”.
请问各位有经验的人帮忙解答一下啊
- 不知道这个算不算超速的ticket啊。会不会涨保险啊？
- 这个可以argue吗？怎么argue啊？
- 我收到这封信的时候，payment due date都过一天了。他们说failure to pay the
penalty or contest liability by the due date is an admission of liability
and will result in this penalty being forwarded to collection or for filing
in state district court. |

发帖数: 81 | 6 是有一个摄像头，是county自己的装的。就是一个safety enforcement program. 算
是警醒大家。感觉就像一个赚钱的机器。刚才一起一些朋友都说从那里走过也都超速。
25我当时是44吧。
仔细看看就是county自己搞的。后果也说的很模糊。而且还说明这个violation就跟
parking ticket一样。notice上说不交还不上庭的话，因为在那个county什么注册就有
问题，可是我以为也不会去那个county啊。
这么模糊的，感觉赚钱的嫌疑。
