一次车祸，忘记留下前车witness的信息，但可以肯定100%后车全责，因为有点慌，没
有跟警察说很多就被送emergency了。现在检查完毕可以回去，请问关于医院和警察两
方面有哪些需要注意的细节吗？谢谢！

If they ask did you change lane, make sure to be very certain and
affirmative : NO. There was absolutely no lane-changing involved.
And when they ask how fast you were travelling, say it was complete stop.
when they ask why you brake/stop, make sure it is a normal stop in traffic,
not dangerous brake etc.
If they ask if you are hurt, and if you want to be safe, just say need to
wait for check-up results. reserve your right to go after medical claim (not
that you will definitely do that).
It seems this case is quite straight forward, but you never know what drama
can come out of this with the other party trying to avoid responsibilities.
(including their insurance agent).
