发帖数: 1502 | 1 买了差不多一年的新车仪表提示要做OIL CHANGE了。OK，打电话给DEALER，DEALER说没
有单独做OIL CHANGE的SERVICE，只有10K的SERVICE，这里包括OIL CHANGE。我一看里
程数才4K多。DEALER说，也可以过几个月再说。我问如果我在其它地方做OIL CHANGE中
不？回：保修可能会有点麻烦。
请各位高人指点，我是等到快10K了再做，还是等几个月不管到没到就做，还是马上去
做？10K的SERVICE 330刀，只为做个OIL CHANGE，感觉有点小冤。

receipt. Then you are good as far as warranty goes.
Read your manual to find out what need to be done. |

Additional maintenance every 10,000 miles, but no later than every 12 months
Warranty部分到没提去别处做OIL CHANGE不可以。 |

又看到有这么一段涉及Intermediate maintenance:
If the mileage for scheduled maintenance is not reached, intermediate
maintenance must be performed after 2, 6, 10 ...years at the latest.
而这个INTERMEDIATE MAINTENANCE是从20,000才开始的第一次。
反正看上面的意思是说你即使里程数不到，时间到了，也要做MAINTENANCE。好象
ENGINE OIL过了一年就不好使了，不管你跑多跑少。

发帖数: 936 | 10 If it is a Porsche, $330 is probably alright for one service. Although I don
't think it will be much more than an oil change and some inspections and
tightening bolts, but changing oil in a Porsche is probably more involving
with the engine in the middle. |

probably agree to work on your car, but they will not be much cheaper.
So dealerships are probably better places to serve your car. |
