I filed against Geico for dropping my insurance a few years back and not
finding out until last year when someone totaled our car.
While getting the run around for almost a year I decided to contact the BBB
and State dept of insurance.
The BBB got back to me in about 3 weeks with a response from a customer
relations vp. This mainly got me what I wanted, "what the duce happened with
my policy". The rest is still being worked out but it was actually a great
