有"ompatible with any antifreeze/coolant"的coolant卖的，这种能直接补进去吗？

发帖数: 533 | 2 报一下车型年份.原则上尽量不要混,如果只是top off这么一点的话可以考虑去dealer
买一桶.另外如果你车里面的冷却液很新的话用一个干净的pan接出来然后再fill回去就
是了. |

02年ford Taurus，很老的车了，能凑合就凑合了。
打算接出来再refill算了。

发帖数: 533 | 4 taurus的话你最好看看你的coolant是Ford gold coolant还是那种绿的.如果是绿的随
便混,如果是gold的话最好去dealer搞一桶.挺便宜的你买concentrate一桶也就20多刀,
再去随便找个地方买一桶distilled water 1刀多,mix好就行了,这样相当于你花20多刀
买2桶.

Not much split outside.

发帖数: 8461 | 6 It's a different story. The thermostat of m104 engine is on the very top of
the engine and you don't even need to drain any coolant. However on Vulcan
engine on most Taurus the thermostat is half way down so if you don't drain
the coolant it would spill anywhere and you gonna lose about half of the
coolant.

谢谢楼上各位指点。
冬天车子老也热不起来，水箱温度偏低，暖气非常慢，和thermostat有多大关系？
要是不是thermostat的问题，我就不想折腾了。
