Americanmuscle的东西太贵了，目前还是穷学生一个，随便搞个spray的瞎折腾吧哈哈。
我还想这几天就弄呢，看来温度很关键，既然这样的话，就等到5月份吧。

current silver wheels are more natural and better looking. And the black
thing may peel soon and it will mess up the looking very bad, then what can
you do? |

Like I said, the original motivation was to replace the whole set of wheels
with four black ones, maybe even bigger ones (18'' or 19''). To me (Just my
personal opinion), doing this will give the car a more aggressive looking,
together with Black stripes (please see the attached picture: the right one
is what I expect the car to be after everything).
However, as you can see from my previous posts, replacing the whole set of
wheels would cost me a fortune. I need to save some money for some 'real'
mods, such as CAI, Muffler, Shifter etc.
Therefore, this spray stuff could help me get some ideas of how the car
would become with those black wheels and stripes. And if they don't look
good, I can peel them off; but if they do look good, I can keep them on and
one day they peel themselves off, I can buy a whole set of black wheels once
I got a job after I graduate.
Sounds reasonable?

I totally agree that black wheels will get you more attention, but am afraid
your "more aggressive looking car" will get more attention from a cop.
I had a car with black wheels (bought used from a friend), but my whole
family, including myself, did not appreciate the look of the wheels even a
little bit, so I bought a new set within a month and sold the black set. I
still have the car, with two sets of wheels/tires, one for summer and the
other for winter, both silver aluminum and I love them.

发帖数: 6090 | 31 补充一下，homedepot就有卖plasti dip的，5-6刀一瓶，我喷四个轮子每个轮子喷2层
刚好把一瓶用完，所以买2瓶喷四个轮子足够用了（也取决于轮毂的设计）。下面是链
接：
1）黑色的plasti dip：

2）Easy grip （Option）：这个其实没什么必要，不过如果你的手容易累的话，还是
推荐，能省很多力。

3）辅助的tape（option）：这个也不一定用，反正就是挡一下轮胎，不过要是喷
stripe或者灯什么的，就要用了。

另外，再准备一些没用的塑料袋用来挡住刹车盘和刹车钳，像视频里那样塞到里面挡好
即可。dip之前洗干净车轮毂。要保证在通风好，但是又不能风太大的地方，尽量避免
