计余量不说，车行驶中会有颠簸，颠簸的瞬间力量可能会几倍于重量没错吧？如果车轮
设计出来就只能大致支持人体重，那你从小台阶上骑下来轮子不就扁了。。。

你说车轮跟bumper都应该硬，车轮我已经给你解释了，就是廉价车轮，支撑几百上千磅
也该没问题。bumper有上千磅强度吗？而且别忘了还是垂直方向的。事实上bumper就是
个塑料片，无论什么车的bumper你用手按按，一两磅的力量就足够让它有点变形了。看
下面这个图，自行车轮别住的地方里面完全是空的（后面是radiator），这种结构下一
个薄塑料片，对比自行车轮的强度，结果自然而知。
这几张图都是巧劲，汽车完全正碰自行车轮，而且力量不能太大，否则自行车就被撞飞
了。在合适的力量下，bumper擦到车胎时就会贴住车胎顺着车轮滚向骑到车轮上去，造

bumper cover是因为骑到到自行车轮胎上后被车自身的重量压坏的，而不是撞坏的。否
则真的很担心骑车人的安全。

but bumpers covers, they are nothing more than a decoration. it is not
structural. no modern car makers put super strong plastic bumper cover. that
is not to save money, that is to be not stupid.
