MF of 0.00227 is fairly high. It's equivalent to 5.5%. Or maybe it's due to
additional fees. overall the deal seems pretty good.

请问刚毕业，头一次lease, APR有可能谈下的比较低吗？

disclose to you. Ask them to give you the price breakdown.
The (base) money factor is set by the manufacturer's financing department
but the dealer can mark it up slightly. You should ask them for the base
