及续。警察后来来了，判了GF的全责，强制出庭，bail amount是$2000.我不知道这个
bail的意义何在，因为直接就是让我女友走了没关小黑我，只是后面要出庭。另外一个
我的疑问是，这个case有什么后果吗（我想的应该就是罚钱，大概是多少，警察说后面
罚款可能是bail amount的百分之十，GF当时也没听清是什么情况下罚这么多）我们肯
定会咨询并请律师解决。但是想先听听大家的一些建议，心里大概有个谱。

的grace period就不错了。大体上，你过期了一个月没买保险，没出车祸，再续保险呢
，它就可以按照你之前是grace period，也算在后面续保险所保的时间段内，但是出了
车祸，它就灵活多了，具体看碰到的agent怎么样吧。 |

court. in WA, if its a minor accident and driving without insurance, then
your girlfriend will get cited for a civil infraction. the ticket will be
around 700 dollars. (550 for no insurance + moving violation). if she got
cited for negligent driving in the 2nd degree, then the fine will be
slightly higher.
in either case, she should not have to post bail and be required to go to
court.
what state are u in? what exactly is she charged with? im a criminal defense
lawyer in WA. |
