My current driver license is effective until 2016.
But I moved to another state (PA) early this year.
Ideally, I need to change my driver license immediately. But I sold my car
when I moved in and don't plan to buy one in the near future.
In this case, do I still need to change my driver license? btw, how long is
the driver license effective if i get a new one (under h1b)?

I know people who kept old license for years after moving to another state,
