OTD is a non official term ANYWAY developed by us buyers. although the
dealers were using it to promote their deals years ago, it doesn't mean they
all share the same knowledge that there is a particular formula for it. I
have bought 4 cars, and helped friends negotiate numerous car deals, as far
as I know, the OTD does NOT include registration. |

manufacturer's title (if brand new car).
but should not include property tax, registration and tag, or auto insurance
, and state title. |
