available to us , as a member of the Class certified by the US District
Court for the Central District of California who was eligible but did not
previously file a claim. Pursuant to the Court`s order, this payment
represents your portion of the remaining Settlement Fund. The term of the
settlement apply to you whether or not you cash the enclosed check
最后一看只有$5.46，这啥意思呢？五元钱就把我们打发了？
支票上还有这一行字：By my signature on the back of this check, I hereby
agree to the terms of the Release as stated in Section VI of the Settlement
Agreement.
大家有没有收到过这个信和支票呢？我们该如何采取自己的措施让我们的损失减小或者
有方式索赔吗？比如我请律师去搞个官司啥的
请大家出出主意

发帖数: 7385 | 3 这个是法律判赔的钱。比如说以前我们有过一个保险，法院判定你有强制卖给客人的嫌
疑并且胜诉后，规定车行必须退钱给有过这项服务的客人，那么车行会把这个钱退给所
有有这项服务的车主，不管这个车主是不是自愿要求买的，或是车主并没有出这个钱而
是通过减低售价而附带上去的。因为车行也不可能每一个客人都去查证，所以就全部退
还了。
就好像recall，如果生产一批车出来几万台，如果其中发现某些个别车号存在隐患或瑕
疵，那么往往是这一批车不管好的坏的全部要召回重做一样的道理。 |

发帖数: 10373 | 5 笑死，这是集体诉讼和解分到每个人头上的钱，如果嫌钱太少：
1.就是负责集体诉讼律师太烂，找不出更多证据逼使TOYOTA掏更多钱，这点估计这里的
徳托日黑要比律师牛x得多。
2.负责集体诉讼律师吃水太深，把和解的钱先吃掉大半，省下的才分到每人头上。这点
如果找这里的徳托日黑做律师的话，应该是免费的。

发帖数: 5214 | 7 所谓“Economic Loss Settlement ”就是说弥补resale value的损失。以后如果你觉
得卖车的时候会影响价钱，就没法再追责toyota了。跟其他狗屁没关系。要是自动加速
引起伤亡照样可以整toyota。还买命钱呢，一帮子黑们的话当笑话听就好了。gm那个
settlement也是类似的情况。
