other driver (also the only witness told me it was my fault) as I failed to
yield on green when left turn. My car 2013 Camry was totaled. I went to
ER on the same day later. The other driver walked out of her car and was
taken to hospital by ambulance. I did not want to go at that moment. My
insurance talked to the other driver 3 days later and told me it was my
fault
Today just found the citation says "This paper charges you committing a
crime"
The fine is about $1000; On the police citation, it says:
1: pay the full amt of the fine
2: request a waiver hearing regarding sentencing and disposition instead of
trial
3: Request a trial
What should I do please. This means I will have a criminal record if I do
not go to trial?

蛮驾驶。其余两种是hitandrun和酒驾。

通常超速20mile以上，或者是做出威胁别人生命安全的驾驶动作，比如闯红灯或违章驾
驶。
我觉得你这个因为造成了别人的受伤，所以被警察视为crime了。不然，应该不算什么
。你说了你这个方向是绿灯。
你是该yield没有yield，并不是该stop没有stop，我觉得两个还是有区别的。
如果你能够证明你存在不可抗拒的原因造成你的过失，应该会减轻处罚。
