Yesterday. I was in Long Island, NY, where right turn on red is permitted.
While I drove into a Photo Enforced Zone, tried to SLOWLY right turn on red
while NO ONE was crossing. While I noticed there was a flash behind me, I
immediately stopped my car, waited for the green. (I HAD NO IDEA why it was
flash.) Today I found out the law called it Rolling Right Turn Violation.
Okay. Now I finally understand what was going on. and I know I came to a
full stop at where not blocking the crossing and nothing serious happened
other than the flash.
Guys, would I get a ticket for that? | j*****6
