，请问大家，如果我上庭是，警察没来，这种我全责的情况，法官也会dismiss吗？
如果警察没来，法官也不dismiss，我能要求社区服务来免掉罚单吗？ 听说还有一种是
去上驾校免罚单，可是驾校是不是反而更贵呢？车已经报保险了，半年后肯定保险会涨
，这时候免掉罚单对降低保费还有帮助吗？

traffic law, the ticket should be dismissed, I don't think the cop need to
be present to the court. The cop should only give report, not ticket. | g*******g

1. Public parking lot;
2. Private parking lot:
a. Injury or fatality;
b. Hit-and-run;
c. Damage to public property;
d. Indication of alcohol or drugs involved;
e. Indication of reckless driving
