‘Endong told police that he and Jiang did not know Davis, and had no
interaction with her until she collided with them. Endong said he had
noticed Davis’ car drive by them at a high rate of speed as they approached
the intersection. He also told police that there was no traffic dispute
leading up to this incident.
Endong said that he and Jiang had just come from a grocery shopping trip to
an Asian grocery store. Neither of them was armed, nor did they speak
English.’

要是不会说英语，就应该是nor do they speak English吧
