Really not much haggling, used costco autosave to get a baseline and then
asked for $300 more very easily. Definitely not the best price, but not the
worst either. I would recommend Costco autosave.
I liked the vision package very much, especially the 360 surround view
camera. Have been using it whenever I could.
The climate package is really necessary for me, since I want to be able to
heat up rear seats (2nd and 3rd rows). Heated steering wheel is helpful as
well.
Did not choose convenience package as many do. Did not trust the auto
parking that much since if it hits other cars I will still be liable. And
the 360 surround view is as good as it gets for parking. The adaptive cruise
control with pilot assist for 2016 is in effect only under 30 miles. The
2017 version will be under 80 miles thus more useful. Did not find homelink
and compass necessary as well.
The HUD (Graphical Head-up Display) feature is interesting, but the
navigation graph on the driver display does the job, so I did not want to

I did try the Costco auto program when I bought XC90 two months ago, it only
offered 2k. I didn't use it. I think now it's different.
