标 题: Citi Dividend Mastercard是白金master卡吗？

如果不是的话，我看条款怎么也说：
Auto Rental Insurance pays for covered damages (physical damage and theft)
to a rental vehicle when a card on your Citi Dividend account is used to
initiate and pay for the entire rental transaction and you decline the car
rental company’s
collision and loss/damage waiver insurance.
另外是不是白金master卡的自带车险是最好的？前几年应该是，这几年不知道有什么变
化么。
