发帖数: 40 | 1 上周绿灯左拐被对面直行车闯红灯撞，当时对方车后面的车主报警并主动等到警察来现
场然后简单叙述后离开，现场对方跟警察说是黄灯。警察有给对方罚单但不知是闯红或
黄。事故后第二天有跟证人联系，被许诺若对方保险公司联系她一定会作证，三天后对
方claim handler联系她，一直没有回应，我也text她几次，一个多没回，因为很近，
晚上去转过，她一直在家，现在警察报告还没出来，老司机们说说这种情况我有需要担
心的吗？估计警察报告上不会有证人的具体信息。谢谢。 |

就会立即和你联系，讨论赔偿。如果driver撒谎推卸责任。adjuster可能会看警察报告。
你要决定是在你的保险file claim 还是你自己和对方保险公司直接打交道。
我是先自己直接打交道。不行（如对方耍赖）再让自己的公司上。

发帖数: 40 | 5 我只有basic liability 所以自己保险公司不管，对方跟statefarm 也是说黄灯，估计
就是现在一直拖着的原因，如果statefarm 想拖着赖账的话只能上法庭了，毕竟911也
是证人打的，还有证人也是跟警察最先交流的。我还有跟证人的一些text 记录，不知
能否在法庭用。

the wreck report came out last Wednesday, it is pretty clear-cut, the
witness stated to the officer that the other party was running a red, I
confirmed and the other party admitted to running a red and was cited for
that.
However, statefarm just formally denied my claim this morning based on that
their insured denied running a red and insisted on a yellow , plus the
witness testified to statefarm she was traveling at least four cars length
behind their insured but could not justify the sequence of light.

发帖数: 40 | 8 thanks but I filed the claim with statefarm right after the accident and had
been in contact with them until their insured denied running a red to them
and then I found an attorney to represent me. The attorney just told me this
morning that he is probably not gonna represent me after I decided to file
in court mainly due to the amount of compensation considering I was not
seriously injured. |
