留了电话 有目击证人
但是我太紧张了 忘了拍下对方车牌
这都晚上了 对方还不打电话过来 求问怎么办
不会去警察局告我hit and run吧 加州这边没啥风 我的条应该不会被刮走 |

the note? Under windshield wiper? The owner might think it's unwanted ad,
wind might blew it away while the owner drove the car. |

notes). Not many do that nowadays.
Some car owners don't care too much and may not call you at all. If s/he
calls, then go through your insurance company.
