Mathilda north (between Washington and California) in Sunnyvale. I was in
right lane. Originally thought it is easy case and 100% the other party's
fault since I had full stop and zero speed when the accident happened. But
the other party lied and said I made lane change. That's insane. I am
looking for witness for this case. Other than working with insurance company
, now I also want to take this to the legal field. Please recommend good law
firms taking this kind of case in the bay area. Thanks. | c**d

insurance company. Second is not having a dashcam. We see this kind of
things happen all the time. Unfortunately without witnesses or video it's
your words against theirs.
At this point I don't know if there's any good law firms that are willing to
take you. Hope you have good first-party coverage under your own policy. | f******o

发帖数: 291 | 4 lz, 这种事情难道不可以根据你车被撞的位置和对方车前面被撞的位置而大概判断出来
到底发生什么了吗. 如果你车后面损伤特别平均，肯定是追尾，不是你换lane. 你去那
个发生车祸的十字路口看看，有没有录像，如果有的话，跟city联系一下，看看能不能
找到当时的录像.
至于楼上说的关于找律师，这种事情就是概率问题. 我几年前也出过类似的事情,后来
给对方的保险公司打电话，人家听说以后就赔钱, case closed. 之前一个朋友也被追
尾，对方保险公司赔钱，啥事儿没有，也没找律师.
但确实，应该买个dash cam, 不怕一万就怕万一, 不然真的出了事情，遇上没品的，就

traffic lawyer around your area, start calling them, tell them what happened
and ask them what they can do for you. | f******o

发帖数: 3888 | 7 嘿嘿，关键是赔了多少钱？保险公司最喜欢你这样的“聪明人”，给点小钱敷衍了事，
便宜了保险公司还皆大欢喜以为捡了便宜。
另外你说的是追尾案子，责任很明显，对楼主side swipe 不适用。
