relations office, have them open a case, and and make noise until the give
you a new car. Be polite, but let them know you've documented your
experience on vortex. Tell them you need to file NHSTA complaints as well,
because, well who knows what could happen, and you don't know if something
major will fail and you'll end up in a tree. It's no skin off your dealer's
back - they've worked hard to make you happy. This is entirely VWaA's
problem.
