a great demand for quality used cars. This has driven pre-owned vehicle
values to extremely high levels.
Simultaneously, we have excess 2020 vehicles. This has driven brand new car
prices to their lowest in our history. Due to the new car excess, rebates
and incentives are driving down payments and prices even more.
It's a rare market condition to have pre-owned values so high while new car
prices are low. This presents an incredible opportunity.
