医保，我自己的医保deductible 非常高，相当于没用。我又问有没有financial
assistance, 他说可以每个月付一点钱，不管多少，付了就不会上collection. 这种情

medical insurance，而不是車險的“人身傷害險”。
日常生活的medical insurance不含蓋車禍受傷的醫療。車險的“人身傷害險”才是你
要去claim的，有上限但沒有所謂的deductable。
你自己的車子的車險，通常是涵蓋租車的。你可以問你的保險公司。

就直接用对方的，律师会让你的利益最大化 |
