Yes. Every GPS system should come with GPS sensor, and can be hooked up to
laptop if they provide the PC connect interface:)
Currently, nearly all GPS can do this, though some are for Palm/PPC only.
Some are only GPS receiver, and can not display without hooking up to
external device with display, e.g, laptop, pocket PC, Palm ...
