1. bulk cars. most rental companies have contract with auto maker for batch
purchasing. many of rental co. are even subs of those giants. they get their
fleets at very low rate and in return what they get are 'less-than-perfect'
cars,for example, cars sat in the lots more than 1 year and no one interested
in. rental co. don't worry about it anyway they'll get rid off after a couple
of years serivce. how bad will a new car seldom driven in a quite long time
