Responsibilities
To lead the Operation team in TianJin to turn aroudn nacelle repair within
the required TAT in a safe & cohesiveness shop environment.
To expose to various opertional functions and increasing responsibilities
towards progressing to Senior Management role.
Main task will includes but not limited to the following: -
§ Supervise workforce
§ Enlist & monitor contract workforce
§ Conduct employee performance appraisals
§ Ensure effective Standard hours & Labour hours Clocking
§ Manpo
