Qualifications:
* Two to Four (2-4) years of technical aircraft experience, with increasing
responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning.
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
* Current FAA approved Airframe and Powerplant License.
* Strong general business knowledge required.
* Basic computer skills required, to include familiarity with MS Word and
Excel.
* Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a continually changing, fast
-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong time management and
prioritization skills.
* Knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
* Broad and in-depth aircraft maintenance and maintenance control knowledge
required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous experience managing people, preferred.
