I know! @_@
How can he pay cash? He went to Arizona last year after he got his Master
degree in my school. He is working in a MPO (Metropolitan Planning
Organization) as a transportation planner. He borrowed tons of money from a
bank! He told me that he can pay less tax after he bought his house! haha *_~
It's good for you to buy a house so early and then you can settle down in
America lah. :)
I won't buy a house here because I want to settle down in Beijing. :P

buy house in America. But for me, ehn, I enjoy life here as much as that in
China, so ...
