FINDINGS: At the level of L5-S1, there is a right paramedian dorsal disc
extrusion causing extensive falttening of the thecal sac. No involvement of
the exiting L5 nerve roots is seen.
IMPRESSION:
1. L5-S1 right paramedian dorsal disc extrusion causing extensive flattening
of the thecal sac.
2. Otherwise, unremarkable MRI of the lumbar spine.
The US doctor told me my pain on the lower back will go away themselves, but

2。腰椎MRI无特殊（大体正常）
突出初期的疼痛可能是局部的无菌炎症刺激造成的，但如果有进一步的脱出或脊柱不稳造
成的其它问题可能加重疼痛。必要是要去看医生。
这个时候不能锻炼，平卧硬质地的床。必要时买个腰带（特别用与护腰的），加固。
不要久坐，不要弯腰，需要低姿的时候屈膝。
