A friend of mine is seeking for a post-doctoral postion in North American
for MEMS(Micro electromechanical systems) or EMC(electro-magnetic

However, I think it is best for your friend to find a professor
in a international conference and talk to him. Of course, he should
have some stuffs that interest this professor, for example paper,
software, or idea. Good luck to him!
