private and catholic university, and will not return to Beijing some time
soon.

Yes, she happened to be.
Oh, BTW, I will go back to China in two weeks, and stay for several weeks
before go to a conference in Taipei. We may have another chance to meet as I
probably will go to a January conference in Santa Clara.
