选校的时候大概定位在那里比较合适
有没有什么学校对bupter比较友好的
没什么经验，现在选校就瞎看

conference proceedings or journals? If that's the case I encourage you to
apply for phd program in top schools, since your three papers have proved that
you are fully capable of doing academic research. Being such a qualified
candidate, you don't need to worry about whether they are friendly to BUPTers
or not.

basically, it seems that you have a pretty good background.
personally, G,T are no more important than publications in most schools in the
US.
and "G,T分数平平" might be good enough because Americans think >2000 is
already good.
and what about your undergraduate background?
