请问这个"一封电子邮件询问多个代理报价"有用吗?还是打电话好?毕竟机票价格变化很大

you an rough idea about how much the ticket will cost.
ticket price is time sensitive though, you can not wait 2 weeks then go ask
agent to honor the price sent by email
in the mean time, call a couple of agents. see which one gives better
service...
