如果向BOA支票账户中存入一张英镑的支票取出美元的话，这个汇率是批发价还是零售
价？

Buy price or sell price determined by the close price on the previous day
between pound and dollar. Bank will take profits from you by the spread of
bid/ask prices.

我问的恰好不是这个事
你用cash，汇款和atm card兑换外币，比率是不一样的
不是买入卖出的问题
是visa bulk rate批发和你到银行买外汇零售的差别
