标 题: 现在答辩毕业回国，12月底能再申请某种签证来参加毕业典礼吗？

是要申请F签证还是别的签证？
另外F1毕业后是不是有个60天的离境期限？

if you really graduate, you cannot apply f-visa under the current I20.
yes, but as soon as you leave (even to Canada or Mexico, even within the 60
days), you cannot come back under the current I94.

你是说如果想过来参加毕业典礼只能申请b1旅游签证之类的了？呵呵

which is an obvious option.
but you can apply for other visas if you can find other excuses, such as
admitted to a different school for a different program; married to a person
in the U.S.; business trip; refugee, etc. the only thing you cannot do is
to use/apply for another f-1 visa with your CURRENT I20.
