发帖数: 25 | 1 I got my Ph.D in US and transformed from F1 to H1B last year as a postdoc in
a US university. I have reserved a ticket to go back to China this summer.
When I return, I need to enter US via Newark airport in NJ. I heard from
mitbbs that a few H1B visa holder were rejected there, it the toughest place
for H1B visa holder. My case is simple, I personally do not think it is a
big deal, but I still fell a little hesitated.
Do I really need to rebook another ticket, which is much more expensive?
